Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Miroir de l'Horizon platform, which connects third-party sellers and buyers. The platform acts as a technical and trust intermediary; the sale contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the seller.

2. User account

Registration requires accurate information and a valid means of contact. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity on their account.

3. Seller obligations

Sellers undertake to describe their products faithfully, to meet the stated preparation times, applicable regulations and the Seller Terms. Prohibited or counterfeit products are forbidden.

4. Payment and escrow

Online payments are processed by a licensed aggregator. Funds are held in escrow until receipt is confirmed, then paid out to the seller after deduction of the commission.

5. Buyer Protection

The platform guarantees the refund of any product paid online that is undelivered or not as described, established through dispute arbitration, under the conditions detailed herein and in the Returns Policy.

6. Liability

The platform cannot be held liable for failings attributable to sellers or buyers beyond the guarantees expressly provided by Buyer Protection.

7. Changes to these Terms

The platform may amend these terms. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order.
